Memorial Health Group is the first institution in Turkey to receive JCI accreditation and to maintain it for the longest time and has determined one of its basic service principles as "providing quality service". In this direction, Memorial Pathology was first established with the aim of ISO15189 Accreditation and is planned to serve within the framework of CAP (College of American Pathologists) standards.
In the Memorial Pathology, the entire pathology process is followed as preanalytical, analytical and postanalytical processes, the quality is documented numerically by using "Quality Indicators", and the quality of the service provided is continuously monitored by making improvements in the necessary areas.
